The Gift Edit is your shortcut to stress-free gifting. Simply tell us about your recipient, their personality, and your budget, and we’ll curate a refined shortlist of thoughtful gift ideas. You’ll receive 3–5 tailored suggestions, complete with direct shopping links, so choosing becomes effortless. It’s gifting made simple — elegant, personal, and perfectly edited for you.
Cancellation Policy
At Giftify, we want your gifting experience to feel effortless and refined. To ensure we can deliver your gifts with care and precision, please review our booking policy before confirming your service. Booking Timeline We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to allow for curation, purchase, and delivery. Rush services may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability). Payments A flat service fee is due at the time of booking to secure any of your Giftelier Services. Gift costs (the items themselves) will be invoiced separately after you approve your curated edit. All invoices must be paid in full before purchases and delivery arrangements can be made. Cancellations & Changes Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, the service fee is non-refundable (as curation work will have begun). After Gift Approval, Once gifts are approved and purchased, both the service fee and any invoiced gift costs are non-refundable. Changes to your recipient list, budget, or delivery details may affect timelines and will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Delivery Standard delivery is included within the UK. Expedited or international delivery may incur additional charges. Giftify is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will always support tracking and updates. Optional Extras Handwritten cards, luxury wrapping, rush service, and other add-ons are available at additional cost. These must be selected and paid for at the time of booking.
