1. Affiliate Product Purchases
When you purchase a product via one of our affiliate links (e.g., Amazon), the transaction occurs directly with the retailer. Giftify does not process orders, handle payments, or ship products, and therefore cannot issue refunds or exchanges for these purchases.

2. Gift Shopping Services
If you purchase a Giftify Gift Shopping Service (personalised gift research, curated gift lists, etc.), the following refund terms apply:
Eligibility for Refunds

Before Work Begins – Full refund if canceled before research starts.

After Work Has Started – Partial refund may be issued minus an administrative fee for time spent.

Completed Services – Once recommendations have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Services

Rush or same-day gift shopping services.

Services where the agreed brief has been completed and delivered.
3. How to Request a Refund for Services
